The Jamaica Chile Salt is a rich plum color that will enhance any cocktail. Jamaica (hibiscus flowers) is most commonly used to make agua fresca. They are popular in Mexico and some other Latin American countries, as well as parts of the United States

The jamaica/hibiscus flower is tart and is balanced by the pink Himalayan salt and hint of chile. It’s a versatile salt and pairs well with tequila, mezcal, vodka, bourbon. This spicy salt is perfect for mocktails and on fruits too!
